Help me avoid my mouse
I know how to use the Tab and Enter keys. I’ve practiced for years and I’m really good at it.
Give me a starting point, that’s all I ask.
Any website that doesn’t set the input focus properly on very simple forms (login, email to friends, etc.) will lose me as a user. It’s really not that hard. Do it, please. Thanks.

IMHO, focus on input elements is appropriate when there is a single “to-do” on the current webpage such as logging into a site. I am always flustered when scanning a long results page, the cursor focuses on the search input field at the top.
